About This Group

For female mental health providers who identify with over-giving, over-responsibility, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. This consultation and support group is a space to explore the above challenges that show up in clinical work and as business owners in private practice. We discuss making aligned decisions, attending to our needs, creating nuanced boundaries in our practices. Combines case consultation, relational insight, journaling, and nervous system-informed reflection to help you practice sustainably and from alignment. *ONE in person session in March! The rest are virtual sessions.
